2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please send an email to support@vimexpert.dev with your registered email address and Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID. Refund requests are processed within 2 business days.

3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or NetBanking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
