By accessing or using VimExpert, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Free & Pro Access Entitlements

Free users are entitled to access all designated free lessons. Pro Lifetime Pass grants non-transferable, non-exclusive access to advanced Pro lessons for the operational lifetime of the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All original curriculum content, exercise designs, code assets, and brand trademarks belong to VimExpert. Vim is a trademark maintained by Bram Moolenaar / Vim organization.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass server-side Pro entitlement middleware is strictly prohibited.
